Processing of the data provided
Procedure for placing an order
To place an order, you must follow the online shopping procedure and click on "PROCEED TO CHECKOUTr". After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). We will also inform you by email that the product is being shipped (the "Shipment Confirmation").
Product coverage and availability
The products offered are distributed in Spain, United Kingdom, France and Germany.
All orders are subject to product availability. In the event of difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items left in stock, we will refund any amount you may have paid.
We will send you the order consisting of the product(s) listed in each Shipment Confirmation within the period indicated on the website according to the shipping method. If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to go ahead with the purchase establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.

For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that "delivery" has taken place or that the order has been "delivered" at the time when you or a third party indicated by you acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by signing the receipt of the order at the agreed delivery address, in the case of all our shipments.

Impossibility of delivery
If you have chosen the modality of Paq Standard or Paq Light and it is impossible for us to make the delivery of your order, the company will leave it in your office and you will be notified of the place where you can pick it up.
In the event that 15 days after your order is available for delivery, the order has not been delivered for reasons not attributable to us, we will understand that you wish to withdraw from the contract and we will consider it terminated. If the order has to be sent again, the client will have to pay again the amount of the shipment for a value of 3€ in Spain (Paq Standard) and 10€ in UK, France and Germany (Paq Light).
Transfer of risk and ownership
The risks of the products will be at your charge from the moment of their delivery.
Price and payment
The prices on the website include VAT, but do not include shipping costs, which will be added to the total amount.
Prices may change at any time, but (except as stated above) possible changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
Once you have selected all the items you wish to purchase, they will have been added to your cart and the next step will be to process the order and make the payment. To do this, you must follow the steps of the purchase process, filling in or checking the information requested in each step. Also, during the purchase process, before making payment, you can modify the data of your order.
You can use as a means of payment the payment with Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
To minimize the risk of unauthorized access, your credit card information will be encrypted. Once we receive your order, we will pre-authorize your card to ensure that there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
By clicking on "Proceed to Checkout" you are confirming that the credit card is yours or that you are the legitimate holder of the gift card or credit card.
Credit cards will be subject to checks and authorizations by the issuer, but if the issuer does not authorize payment, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and can not enter into any contract with you.
Value added tax and invoicing
In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles will be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. The rate of VAT applicable shall be that in force at any given time, depending on the particular article in question.
For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, deliveries will be exempt from VAT by application of the provisions of Article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories.
You expressly authorise us to issue the invoice in electronic form, although you may at any time indicate to us your wish to receive a paper invoice, in which case we will issue and send the invoice in electronic form.
Can I return my order?
Refunds are only offered to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If any of this applies to you, contact us at email@example.com. We will immediately refund you within 1 or 2 business days.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not gone into production.

What happens if I make a mistake when selecting my mobile phone model?
Make sure you select your mobile phone model correctly. All Saki Deizan cases can be customised on request. The customer will have the option to generate a new order of 10€ to return the product and generate the new shipment to receive your order.
What if my product is damaged when it arrives?
Please contact us at email@example.com and include a photograph showing the problem.
Our support team will contact you to coordinate a new shipment of your product.
Please note that colors do not usually look the same on all monitors or screens so there may be minimal color variation in the print.
The deadline for a claim for a defective or incorrect product is 14 days once the product has been delivered to the customer.

In this sense, if you contract as a consumer and user, we are obliged to deliver articles that are in conformity with the contract, responding to you for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery of the product. Products are deemed to be in conformity with the contract provided that (i) they conform to the description given by us and possess the qualities we have presented on this website, (ii) they are suitable for the uses for which products of the same type are ordinarily intended and (iii) they display the usual quality and performance of a product of the same type that are reasonably expected.
If any of these Conditions or any provision of a contract is declared null and void by final resolution issued by a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall remain in force, unaffected by such declaration of nullity.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
